To create an e-mail, simply click on the envelope behind the person mask. **//E-Mail://**

Outlook opens automatically and the email for the person in question can be created. 
To create an e-mail for a contact person, simply activate the contact person and click Ctrl + M. Outlook opens and an e-mail can be created directly for the contact person.

:!: For Outlook Express, you must store Outlook Express locally on the computer in the control panel under Internet settings/Programs.
