====== Annual update Luxembourg 2016 ======

The Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Golf has also decided to make changes to the handicap system for 2016, thereby aligning itself with the latest EGA requirements. With effect from 1 January 2016, PC CADDIE has implemented all requirements, which are now automatically available to Luxembourg golf clubs in the 2016a version.

The new contents are:
  *All players with handicap > 18.5 can now only be upgraded via Annual Handicap Review, once a year.
  *There is no longer a CBA for classes 4 and 5.
  *Only one 9-hole EDS round is possible per day. EDS rounds are no longer recognised in Class 1.
  *9-hole tournaments will not be recognised as handicap effective for handicap class 1.

All changes become active automatically. Please download the latest PC CADDIE update to version 2016a.
