Reminder, automatic actions

Under Timetable/Reminder, automatic actions you can set which actions PC CADDIE should perform automatically for you.

To process the tasks of the night run, a (general) PC CADDIE service should be installed.

Please note that although this function is still available, it has now been replaced by the module CRM\DMS in PC CADDIE.

If you want PC CADDIE to warn you automatically, first activate the reminder function and then enter the information, for example „Call Greenkeeper“. You can also specify the time, the repetition rate and the type of sound. At the desired time, the following window will appear in PC CADDIE, accompanied by your selected sound:

This lock is only necessary if your IT administrator wants to back up the PC CADDIE databases with an external programme. The databases can only be backed up reliably if they are closed. Enter the time at which PC CADDIE should be locked (time of data backup).

The night lock must not overlap with the PC CADDIE night automatic.

All PC CADDIE modules cannot be used during this time (card systems, access controls, PC CADDIE services, etc.). This also means that no start times can be booked during this time. Please also note that the same blocking also applies in the PC CADDIE://online Club Manager under the menu item Teetime server (TT server).
