With the efsta procedure (Patent Pending), a software black box runs in the background of our PC CADDIE POS software. For each business transaction, PC CADDIE transmits: receipt no. + cash register ID + receipt total (= the fiscal data line) to the BlackBox. The BlackBox acknowledges receipt with a unique character string (= the fiscal signature), printed on the invoice document. The data is immediately transmitted in encrypted form to the efsta data centre. The immediate transmission of each transaction practically prevents manipulation. The efsta process thus prevents fraud attempts and fulfils the cash register guidelines of the Federal Ministry of Finance in Austria - also in terms of data protection and data security. This is because efsta guarantees the completeness and immutability of the data received for a period of 10 years (retention obligation).
The PC CADDIE interface for connection to the efsta procedure (efsta interface) is a PC CADDIE add-on module. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a software offer.
Please note that in addition to the costs of the pcc interface, there are small annual fees for efsta pages.
