In most cases, the right to play is already assigned automatically via the Characteristics of the contacts under „Membership status“, i.e. if you have set the right to play there, you should also edit it there.

Via Automatically assign persons/playing rights you have the option of automatically assigning the right to play to certain groups of people. For example, if you need to completely change a group of members from „full playing rights“ to „no right to play“.

Determine which gaming right is to be selected for which group of people and then confirm your entries with OK:

Now select the relevant options and Start the process.

You can use this function if you want to enter the note „PASSIVE“ in the function field in the person mask for all passive members.
