The following list contains all PC CADDIE programming that we have developed for the PC CADDIE annual update 2016 based on your improvement requests from 2015 and that we are making available as part of your maintenance contract.

Customer management

Module/Function	Brief description

Data fields	When you enter the leaving date, new reasons for leaving are suggested, e.g. „moving away“. 	About the new CRM category ALINK you can use PC CADDIE ' customer data records with each other in a meaningful way. For example, if a hotel is a green fee voucher customer for you, but the owner in person is actually a member, ALINK can be used to create an informative link, despite administrative separation. Handicap management

Course handicap	Due to the extension to handicap class 6 and the associated elimination of the club handicap, the master sheet is becoming more important again as a course handicap document: ' Enter the handicap. Tournament administration

Module/Function	Short description
Game form selection	The ' Selection of game forms includes a new option Aggregate (handicap effective)option, which is also shown on start lists, scorecards and results lists. If a tournament is to be run in accordance with the rules and with simultaneous aggregate scoring, please note the ' Setting the team scoring for aggregate handicap.	D/CH/LU

Registration	As a new option for tournament registration, a ' Flexible age cut-off date can be entered independently of the usual association age categories.	D/CH/A/LU
Registration and entry of results	The handicap statuses ACTIVE and INACTIVE are no longer available. Instead, as a registration option you can now restrict the minimum number of result entries the master sheet should contain in order to be able to play for the net prize. Guests automatically play out of competition in the net, unless they manually switch to „hole results“ on the basis of a master sheet. ' Out of competition in the net	D/CH/A/LU
CR equalisation	There is a new suggestion list for CR equalisation configuration, depending on the player and tee situation. The simple ON-OFF option for CR equalisation in the price division has been removed. ' Configure CR equalisation	D/CH/A/LU
Scorecard printing	Players and course are now automatically checked at the latest when the scorecards are printed. ' Intranet course check	D/CH/A/LU

Define prices	New additional option for „Class limits at 0.4 or 0.5“. The aim of the helper is always to automatically create price groups of the same size. If you now select the new option, this mathematical division is influenced so that, for example, the price group is separated at 14.4 if - without this additional option - 14.7 would have ensured the same group size ' Helper for the price division. As a consequence, this could lead to groups of different sizes.	D/CH/A/LU
	Special prizes: In addition to „Nearest to the Pin“ or „Longest Drive“, the helper can now also be used to define „Hit the Green“ or „Nearest to the Line“ as special prizes ' Helper for the prize classification.	D/CH/A/LU
	Prizes by age: You can ' Set prices for specific age groups. Now simply enter the age directly in the price settings.	D/CH/A/LU
	Prizes by tee: You can, for example, in a men's tournament for the over 50 players ' from the basic tournament settings. Result input	In the result input window, you can now see the SLOPE and CR value of the player's tee shot directly.	D/CH/A/LU

Results lists	From 2016, the handicap systems of the EGA countries will differ in some subtleties, which will mean that the handicap changes of players from foreign home clubs can no longer be displayed on the results lists. In addition, the exchange of CBA values will be cancelled. The reasons: On the one hand, there are countries that still calculate a CBA, but in other countries the CBA has been completely abolished. As a result, CBA values are no longer transferred between countries via the international interface or the intranet. On the other hand, in some countries, players in handicap classes 4 and 5 are no longer upgraded, and other countries only no longer upgrade players in handicap class 5. Due to these different characteristics, the results of players with a foreign home club are (as far as possible) transferred between the countries via the intranet; however, the player with a foreign home club should enquire at his home club about the resulting handicap. Tournament conclusion „Singles“ game form	The results of not subject to handicap / not handicap-effective individual tournaments are now dutifully transferred to the intranet transferred ' Tournament closure. Contribution and accounting system

Cash register systems

Module/Function	Brief description
Article management	Article automation with new logic for ' Validity for specific weekdays/holidays and time periods. For example, it can now be installed that the special price of a green fee agreement is only valid from 1 May to 31 October or the winter green fee from November to February of the following year. Components	Items with components can be booked individually. This has the advantage that, for example, an individual component can also be cancelled if it is set in the article with the components that the sub-articles are to be „separated“ when posting. This can be useful in the restaurant as well as in the reception checkout for package items (e.g. consisting of green fee and hotel accommodation). Another new feature is the splitting of receipts according to VAT if different tax rates apply to the individual components of the item.	D/CH/A/LU
OP accounts	It is now possible to post from one cash register area to different OP areas (open items for invoices from the cash register). This is very practical if, for example, a catering establishment not only maintains its own consumption credits, but also makes sales that are to be posted openly to the OP area of an operating company in order to generate a collective invoice from there.
