According to WHS, you can freeze the Hcp index (up to a certain fixed date). If you select a „frozen status“ and leave the date blank, the date is automatically set to „in one year“.
In principle, the „frozen“ status should freeze the Hcp completely - „frozen up“ should prevent a further increase, „frozen down“ should prevent the Hcp from falling.
