Freely definable occupancy list

This list allows you to print a list with names and individual settings for several areas next to each other. Make the basic settings under General and define the areas to be listed in the columns.

Here is an example of a daily overview including carts. The course is selected in the first column and the carts are selected in the following 3 columns:

The print view then looks like this:

In the last tab, Options, you can narrow down the search again to the time of entry or deletion.

Overview list for Pros

To print a weekly overview for a Pro, for example, work with the daily offset:

Define the print for a day and select the same range for the individual columns. Now enter a value higher than the previous day for each day offset. (1st column Monday = Daily offset 0; 2nd column Tuesday = Daily offset 1; 3rd column Wednesday = Daily offset 2; etc.)

Special layout

Create your own layout for the occupancy list. Support will be happy to help you.

For example, here is a list showing the changes made to the bookings in the selected timetable for a specific day:

  1. when the booking was entered
  2. when the booking was changed
  3. when the booking was deleted
  4. Number of changes on the defined day related to (1)
  5. Number of changes on the defined day related to (2)
  6. Number of changes on the defined day related to (3)
