You can print out start lists with various criteria.
Go to the print function:
- directly from the competition information, on the right the button Print button on the right and then Start list
- or via the main menu Competitions/Print/…Start list
- or click with the right mouse button on the symbol shown below:
This opens this menu window:
You can directly print a finished start list with the selected basic settings.
There are also various options for adding other desired information to this list.
For example, click on the button Edit textbutton, this window opens:
The header text corresponds to the standard text for the entry list (Competitions/Print…/Entry list). You can easily copy the text from the announcement or the entry list and add a customised header text.
Continue to determine the sequence and which information (main list, buffer, waiting list) to be printed.
Click to activate the option Infooption, you have the option of selecting the following information:
The net or gross preliminary round results appear in the last column of the list, sorted by start time. The round results and the total are listed in order and separated by a slash. Of course, the results are only shown from the second round of a tournament over several rounds are displayed. In a tournament with one round, this column remains empty:
The gross preliminary round results are printed.
In the list, for each game the passage times for the individual tees are printed in the list.
If you select this option, the following is printed on the right Set time is activated on the right.
Enter the Enter the target times in the course data or enter a time here:
Here you specify the control holes and the time that the players may take to reach them. The list appears as follows:
This option is particularly useful for alphabetical sorting - all partners are listed in one line alongside the start time. This allows you to enter all the necessary information at a glance, for example if someone calls to enquire about their start time.
With this option, two start times are printed in the list, namely that of the current round and that of the next round. This option only makes sense if the flight division remains identical in the first and second round and only the times are changed (change 1st and 10th tee, early start/late start).
To the right of this selection appears the button Layout. You can use this to define the layout of an individual start list yourself, as with List of persons to define the layout of an individual start list yourself.
Read on carefully. Various examples are explained below, from tee colour to payment info.
Please note that PC CADDIE may vary depending on whether you select Sequence „Start order“, PC CADDIE uses two different list formats: one for the list in chronological order and one for the other orders. Before printing, check whether the correct layout has been selected.
To form teams, you need the „Team ranking“ module!
If you have a team ranking and want to print team names on the start list, use the following FIELDS:
Perhaps you would like to use the entry fee tab to indicate who has already paid the tournament fees.
Enter the entry fee for each player and activate the option „Already charged/paid“ as soon as payment has been made. You can also print out this list.
Do members send you individualised information when registering online? If you would like to display this in a list, use the field <TINFO>
Install the field in a suitable size so that the entire test can be displayed.
If you require a list in which the registration information is noted, you can insert the following fields:
<TIDATE> for the registration date <TITIME> for the enrolment time <TIWAY> for the login method (local, intranet, app, etc.)
You can either use all fields or just some of them - depending on what you need.
The entry fee is printed on the list for checking purposes. You set the entry fee amounts by clicking on the right on entry fee on the right. Please also refer to the section Entry fee.
This list is used to print the telephone numbers of the participants as well as their names.
This option is relevant for the PC CADDIE add-on module Telephone information system module.
This option allows you to print the colour of the tee.
However, you can also customise „Individual information“ and under Layout and insert the following FIELDS:

After activating Time range you can select the time range in which the list is to be printed. This is done by specifying which hole and the time up to which hole and time the list should be printed. This gives you the option of printing separate lists for the 1st and 10th tee or for the morning and afternoon.
You call this function via the button Internet button. It is responsible for sending the file to the DGV intranet, PC CADDIE://online Tournament or Swissgolfnetwork. In addition, the file can be transferred to any server via FTP, provided that suitable data is stored.
Start the process with OK.

By clicking on the button SMS button, you can create an SMS with the start time and flight partners for each tournament participant who has entered a mobile phone number.
